I went to ASDA during peak family hour, and did not chøke anyone. I deserve the Nobel for Peace. And a treat. I'll start from the latter, a lovely GÜ double chocolate mousse. |

I've practiced some new stretching exercises which will hopefully help me get back to the gym in 2 weeks, 😁😁😁
I've also started some new neck exercises that will hopefully stop me getting intense migraines which literally stop me dead in my tracks, 😁😁😁 |

I chose all the moves for a pole photo shoot I’m doing in two weeks plus picked the angles for each.
I took a new pic 🤷🏼♀️ and I’ve started getting ready for a night out.
It’s not been my most productive afternoon. |

Went out to local charity shops - bought some books by classic authors I've not read, a DVD box set of a famous film series, and some much-needed storage. Now enjoying the football. Not bad so far! |

Ploughed about 30 m² of land first thing and started a presentation for next Wednesday, made a lasagne from last nights leftover bolognaise and priced up installation if a new multi fuel stove for winter. I’m gonna sharpen a chainsaw and log some big branches then work this evening. Productive day , total rest tomorrow |

Changed the oil on my motorbike. Not done it on this one before.. always a little "eek"first time.. but actually.. This was the easiest one to change. Heck . When the spark plugs are right on front of you.. So next change that should be an easy one too! |

Nothing of note, only achievement I care about was doing stiff leg deadlifts earlier when after a disastrous last week only getting 3 when target was 5 meant I had to repeat the same weight this week but pulled the first rep then it wouldn’t budge for another so spent the next 5 minutes absolutely berating myself (quietly haha) went back to the bar not expecting much but actually managed 5 |

3 lots of clothes hung and dried.
Lawn mowed.
Weekly shop done.
Kitchen floor mobbed.
Rest of the house hoovered.
Dog walked (only twice).
