Hi umm don't come on here very much but wanna just find people talk privately to frequently. Right now I'm super scared for my future as I know I due to die early because I diagnosed with Dilated cardiomyopathy, Left Brundle bridge block,left ventricular systolic and got hypocalcaemia. I only had this all since may and feel I'm struggling lot each day do anything physically anymore. Some days be ok others I'm bad. I'm just scared for dying early and missing out on life. Can't work right now so don't get lot money month. Don't have any close friends to talk to either so looking people to talk to often. Today I just been crying all morning because of all this. So it's one my bad days.

Morning OP, sorry to hear your news. I would hope after being told all of that you are being signposted in a direction for support
There are also some great online forums for people with similar so it makes you feel less alone as well as there maybe local support groups as well. Ask your specialist nursing team
Interact on the forums. They are on the whole a good place to be and mainly friendly.
If I am having a bad day I do try and avoid them at times or certain posts or threads but that’s just me

Are you getting any support away from here, to help you deal with it all?.
Maybe you might benefit from some sort of talking therapy, or do you have things like an Andys man club local to you. |

Hey OP
My bestie is in a very similar situation with her heart, and sadly isn’t suitable for transplant. If you need to chat then of course my inbox is open, and if not that’s all cool too.
Jump in on the threads here, on whatever silly topic tickles your pickle. They’re a good bunch on the forums and I’m sure you’ll find yourself at home in no time. Great for distracting your brain from overthinking sometimes too.
