A subtle variation on this idea, that puts the emphasis on giving rather than receiving
State that you’re in on the thread, then at 8pm (or thereabouts) send someone or several people, a nice message. It can be long or short (size doesn’t matter, as we’re often told), it’s all about the intent.

I had the pleasure of massaging a fab friend this evening which was utterly delightful so much so that I miss supper and I’ve just treated myself to an omelette!!! A glass of white wine wonderful evening at 8 pm the massage was in full flow |
