Strangley when your really hungry food you may not necessarily go for tastes quite good.
Escargot in garlic nice baguette washed down with a nice French red, delicious.
But if I wasn't that hungry it disgusts me...  |

I would try it only if it was prepared by Rick Stein or sharing it with him in a restaurant of his choice. A very polite, kind maitre dee on Guernsey very kindly explained to me what it was. I ordered the raw oysters and seafood salad instead. |
