Hmmmmm. The sun is shining. Wonder if I can convince my dad lol

When it's sunny we regularly have bbq's. I quite often come home from work to smell of burgers and sausages

Normally Feb/March every year weather permitting.

You Just have to make sure the coals are White hot so they don't burn everything before its cooked and turn things regularly yo make sure it's cooked all the way through.

We had been hoping for one but although it's been nice and sunny, the biting wind straight from the sea is as sharp as the Mother in Laws tongue so once more it's a no go, I'm in the house being taxi driver for Mrs Red who's gone to Newcastle to a fancy restaurant then a night on the piss with her workmates instead

You just need to move the food about when cooking dont think that a quick burning on the outside is cooked. Make sure the coals are hot first then move food to the side instead of directly over allowing them to cook slowly yummiest

I like rare beef and lamb, but if cooking chicken I pre-cook it in the microwave before crisping the outside on the BBQ.
