I can't remember the last time I visited the "hot pics" page, therefore it wouldn't make any difference to/for me.
If there was such a feature then I suspect either Wales, West Country, Middle-England or the Land of Scots would top the leaderboard.

Nah it's bad enough people lamenting they can't get on the first page as it is. They're attention seekers, they're desperate as they have please fab on their photos. Can you imagine the comments about regional ones?  |
