I always find big breakfasts overwhelming
I like a breakfast to sate me as opposed to fill me
At home, I normally have shreddies, sliced banana and fresh berries
If I'm out, then I tend to go for poached eggs on toast with a couple of sausages on the side |

You have good taste. Do you add feta? It's lovely for brunch or a more leisurely breakfast - filling but not bloat inducing. |

Rarely, only if I really want to go overboard. I believe a shakshouka has enough variety and intensity of flavours going on of its own, if done with decent ingredients.
I grew up eating simple food made with fresh, high-quality produce, and I'm thus easily overwhelmed if there's too much going on. 😗 |
