I bought a new kettle. It arrived last week. Today I get a message saying I have a delivery this afternoon, then to say it will be later and then that it was delivered through the letter box abpuy an hour ago. Connection with the kettle, well the tracking no is the same. Also the proof pic provided nothing like my front door and shows a little parcel about to be pushed through. Tried calling them but that robbot took me round and round in circles. Online chat was just as bad. Where have all the humans gone? It's all getting worse. I am off to make a cup of tea in my new kettle and reminisce of the good old days  |

No idea. You can't speak to anyone. Maybe I annoyed them as I complained that the drop stuff outside never checking if anyone in before they just drive away  |

What was it they said they delivered today? And why does it have the same no as the kettle I received past week and why can't you ever get to speak to anyone. Are you convinced yet? I was also a little bored at the time |
