Technically not a hobby Bobbie. Think that's more special constabulary who have all the rights of a police officer, but work on a voluntary basis. Normally covering busy periods etc
Pcso are idiots who think they are police, but are basically busy bodies with a high Vis jacket and a radio. Mugs being paid peanuts in place of proper police
