Does anyone have any recommendations of films that involve swinging, ENM, cuckolding, hotwifing etc that DONT end badly. All the ones I've seen treat swinging like a moral taboo and ensure the characters involved have awful repercussions and regret their decisions later on |

It's about the ENM side of things rather than hotwifeing/swinging but Professor Marston and the Wonder Women is a lovely watch.
I don't think it's a topic that's covered really, as you rightly say it's often a taboo fest/awful depictions of it. |
