I now have two white chest hairs. A few years ago I only had a couple of white hairs in my beard so I suspect I know where this is going.

What signs of aging have you noticed on yourself recently and how do you feel about them?

My whole body is bearing the signs of it's age. Overall I'm ok with it but I do have the occasional wobble.

Oh, loads.

I've begrudgingly accepted it, which is just as well as otherwise I'd be perpetually annoyed as certain "friends" (I'm giving you the stink-eye right now Meli, Nero and Willy) and my children take great delight in teasing me about it.

The big sign I've seen is the sudden use of a daily moisturising routine I have now.

I've always had a white streak in my beard but since my birthday all of a sudden I moisturise twice a day

I still have quite a youthful face for my age but suspect the portrait is going to come clattering out of the attic in the next few years. When shaving, the razor definitely does not glide over the taut surface it once did so I'm giving myself until 50 until it all drops

Crazy thick eyebrow hairs that need trimmed , waking up tired . Nose hair needs trimmed regular . Thankfully no grey hair yet . God awful hangovers . Less tolerance for a lack of sleep and ability to function .

It's the greying hair or just complete absence of hair.

It's making my own sound effects when ever I get up from a sitting position.

It's my knees sounding like Rice Crispies when I squat.

It's the fear of putting my back out of I sneeze too hard.

I could go one...

You're on the younger side of middle aged, dear Nell, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

And yes OP, I now have four grey hairs. It's rather devastating to me because I can't be a midlife crisis for an older man any more.

Might dye them and carry on.

I genuinely don't know where to begin.😕...I feel moth-eaten all over.

I have a diminutive Fab friend, up in the northern hinterland, who went 100% grey just after her teens. Whenever I see her she knocks years off me just by being in her presence. She's such a wonderful elixir and a bon vivant. She's a little scatty but I love her.

It didn’t really start for me until very recently with perimenopause. Besides the usual ones, like body aches, weight gain, skin sagging and brain fog, the loss of interest in sex is probably the most noticeable symptom.

It’s awful.
