I hadn't heard about the book so may have to buy it.
For myself I used to have many fantasies such as sex with multiple men, being blindfolded with anonymous men, sex on a beach with a stranger, sex in the back of a car while being driven and many more (vivid imagination) but then I became a swinger so they are no longer fantasies |

Not sure it's about ideas going out of fashion as the issues are still prevalent in societies today..
