Google "windows defender offline"

Download that it makes a bootable disk that you boot from and it runs a virus scan without the need for it to boot into the operating system

And it will remove that virus

Had that one a few weeks back and it was a buggar to get rid of.

Ended up having to restore our computer back to factory settings.
