Shouldn't they be investigated ?
I've been trying to get my insurance company to acknowledge that their details are wrong but send me on a merry go round of wanting evidence. Then I end up right back at the start.
They also wanted me to take a renewal of 700 when I can get it for 440 with another dealer.
I now have got an foi request in to try n sort this out.
They use any trick in the book to try and squeeze money out of people and deliver a crap service if you need them
