What's for tea/dinner

I've made a 12" frying pan of Frittata, a Spanish Potato Omelette with par microwaved New Potatoes, Onion, Garlic, Bacon, Chorizo and Red Peppers.
I fried together with olive oil, herbs and a few grinds of black pepper. No salt as the bacon is super salty already. Pour into beaten egg and back into pan.
Low on hob and I sprinkle grated Cheddar and place under the grill. Alternate once more until all moisture gone. Divide into 1/8 for snack or 1/4 for main course.
A slice into the Air Fryer to heat up and crispen. I'm eating with chicken wings and a salad. |

Yum, i love meat and potato pie, mum makes it for new years. With a suet crust and served with mushy peas and red cabbage 😋 |

When I'm off work, I pop round first thing in the morning and have a walk with my mum and then for an hour or so at 4. I try to do the odd jobs that my old man still insists on doing before he gets too tired doing them - I swear his gravestone will have, 'I can still do it!' written on it.
I'm always careful to leave before The Chase starts, as it is more than my life is worth to interrupt that  |

lol snap, big salad for me. Lettuce, cucumber slices, diced tomatoes and yellow peppers, eggs, pasta and a couple of slices of Cornbeef because despite being called a salad I couldn’t resist having a bit of meat lol |

Tonights dinner is sea bream fillet en papillote with a garlic and chilli butter sauce, griddled courgette, vine tomatoes roasted in balsamic and honey and a bulgur wheat salad with pistachio and pomegranate. |
