Cialis / tadalafil stays in your system for longer, up to 36 hours, whereas viagra / sildenafil is up to about 4-6 hours. Cialis / tadalafil is less likely to cause facial flushing (reddening) and headaches. Because cialis / tadalafil stays in your system for longer, you shouldn't really take it on consecutive days. Both, and other alternatives, are generally effective though can be limited by medical conditions and other medication. Some people find that viagra / sildenafil gives a bigger 'hit' than cialis /tadalafil, but doesn't last as long as cialis / tadalafil. |

tadalafil a much better alternative to viagra in my opinion. Even a 5mg dose can last me three days. Viagra used to make me stuffy and a bit of a headache. I get no side effects whatsoever with tadalafil.

I take 5mg of Tadalafil every day and my hardons are back to when I was in my twenties.
Taking a 20mg dose took about 24 hours to work for me so I take a smaller regular dose.
Previously I took 50mg Sildenafil on an as needs basis, but after a few years it seemed to affect me less.
We are all different and some of the previous posts are incorrect or misleading. Try Dr Fox website for information or a pharmacy but generally, like with many drugs, you need to experiment to find out what works best for you. |

Price is similar but as has been said, they last a lot longer and,for me anyway, zero side effects.
What I would always say is talk to your doctor/pharmacist to see what is right for you as taking drugs has dangers. |

Have used the cenforce sildenafils,but have now started taking vardenafil,which is the generic levitra.Similar to viagra ,lasts same time and hardly any side effects.It is a lot more expensive the vardenafil but i have a cheap source where i purchase it. |
