Good stuff! I did the full 60 days at the beginning of the year, I started my triathlon training after and it has gone very well so far thanks to it. Your body will be looking even better than it does now. x |

I still do the max plyo circuit and the max cardio conditioning as apart of my training, and the max recovery is a heaven send after a brutal week x |

Yes fully agree with you re the max recovery... am really surprised how much fitter I have become from my first week.
Recently stopped smoking (this is my 12th week!!) so was not at my fittest when I started I have noticed a real difference. |

Yes fully agree with you re the max recovery... am really surprised how much fitter I have become from my first week.

Yea my fitness levels have prob never been higher, I usually get a pain in my right calf muscle after a run but since completing insanity I don't. I've noticed that my form in any exercise that I do is generally better x
