The best thing was definitely going to Rome as it was my first holiday abroad in over 10 years.

My best thing was having a 40th birthday party and seeing loads of people I hadn't seen in ages. Plus it went perfectly and was so much fun.
To finish before the end of the year is redoing the sitting room/dining room. Next step is shelves and radiator. |

The best thing I've done (or rather was done to me) this year, was being made redundant and having the whole summer off to repair my physical and mental health.
I now feel so strong in so many respects and I'm ready to start looking for a new role that's going to give me the challenges I want and keep the bills getting paid. |
