Britain's first automatic traffic lights were installed in Wolverhampton in 1927. The location still has traffic lights today which have black and white striped posts to commemorate this momentous feat |

The colour purple doesn’t exist. It’s a figment of your imagination that your brain makes up. There is no such thing as purple light, so your brain compensates for something in between red and blue light that’s not green. So in hindsight instead of your brain freaking out and shutting down it creates purple to make sense of it.

NASA did an experiment which I think was in the 70's they did two I can't remember what the actual mission was but they deliberately crashed something onto the surface of the moon. They were surprised to hear the moon rang like a bell for around 90 minutes the second time it did the same thing, indicating that it could be a hollow structure |
