Does this ever happen to you?

How do you deal with it, do you deal with it?

Time for a total re-evaluation of my life and work and who I allow in to it on a personal level

Time for a break

Yep every few weeks when something/someone else takes a kick at me.

On a meh today.

Deal with it with sleep and work or another distraction.

Yep, it's been a meh day. Just accepting it works for me, knowing that it'll pass soon enough.

Yes, I was like that for most of this year to be honest. It wasn't great, healthy, or particularly pleasant for anyone around me.

Some life changes, routine, and getting back into exercising have massively helped though.

LvM 🖤

I get it from time to time, partly a reflection of the world we have around us as well as how I'm living

. I try to stop engagement with the wrong people for me at that time, get extensive rest and good exercise. And monitor things, in case further changes are needed, including potentially bringing something new into my life. Rest, healthy eating and exercising largely help me to recover

Yes often unfortunately, the past couple of weeks have been very meh....

I don't have any solutions as mine probably aren't healthy but I stress clean (least I have something to show from my mehness).

Play music that makes me smile.

Get out as much as possible.

Hope you feel less meh soon op.

Thank god someone else has those times... I thought it was just me.

I've been feeling like it for about a week now and finding it hard to shit this time. Usually, I just tell myself to get a grip and carry on but it's not working atm

I’m feeling like I’m a spider at the bottom of a meh bath. Every time I get a few steps up I slide back down. But I’m going to keep looking for the shower hose and I shall summit this plastic bastard!

Put the music on

Get in the car and drive somewhere new for the day or weekend.

Soon changes a low into a high 😊

Occasionally I get a bit meh

But I'm pretty good at making a conscious effort to do stuff I enjoy to lift my spirits

I guess we all have a tendency to want to withdraw and retreat when life gets meh. But we need to be enforcing our boundaries for the things which make life meh, and that means not retreating. We need to patrol our fences. Mend our boundaries and keep out the meh.

I'm generally on top and "not-meh", but a couple of very severe things have put me into "meh" the last two months.

I've had to use a lot of my wit to get the "meh" into its rightful place, but that brought a bit of its own "meh" in the process - sense of duty and friendship, so very conflicted.

But....the "meh" was someone else's rubbish dumped on me, so I've kicked it into touch and been clear about boundaries with them.

It's not over yet - it's the sort of thing that has successive waves - but I suspect the friendship may have run most of its 7 year course, now the line between supportive friendship and toxicity has been crossed.

So "meh" is uninvited chez Nick, after a very "meh" two months.

Short version - boundaries.

Give to those you care for, which does fuck boundaries, but get the boundaries back and let those who've crossed them know what they did.

If they can't deal with their responsibility towards you, put your efforts elsewhere.

I'm very variably meh and not meh at the moment. It's all due to my reduced mobility options and the fact I'm so reliant on others. I feel like a burden. But I'm trying to remain positive.

I do but I have depression, on medication for it and diabetes.

I love sex and company but it doesn’t always bring a remove of the meh

All over the place! Northwesr, , Southwest

Doesn't happen often. I focus on remaining productive to keep my mind focused. Listening to music always helps for me

Ooo i am feeling a lot meh lately ... more work to be fair ..guess its a difficult problem to solve.

Music ..chilling and trying to switch off but that has generally lead to withdrawl from life this weekend. It will pass .
