"I had a lovely day in York on Friday went inside the ministry. Beautiful place grande in design. They have a light show in October right through till November. It's for the 40th anniversary of the 1985 fire they had. But yeah it's a gorgeous place to visit " that sounds lovely! Passed through York, never visited. X | |||

I threw myself at it ealier in the year and lost over a stone but had an accident involving a ladder which has slowed progress and I hardly went over the summer, so seeing what I can do. I've booked in for swimming after work tomorrow! | |||
