Snack served abroad with beer what’s it called please?

My minds gone blank i’m trying to remember the name of the snack that’s often served abroad (maybe Italy) with beer. It’s a type of bean yellow in colour with a waxy outer skin, you can squeeze the skin & eat the middle, or eat whole. (Sounds sexy) They can be bought over here either vac packed or in jars with water.

Hopefully somebody knows what I’m talking about. Many thanks.

I’m sure nobody’s interested but in case you are, I’ve just remembered they’re called Lupini beans. They don’t taste of much but go very nicely with a cold beer.

I was interested enough to Google it.

I have to say they don't look very appetising but I bet they're nice with a drink
