So having established that the fuller figured woman is in great demand how about us genetically thin fellas - you know the ones that just don't put muscle/weight on easily? And just for selfish reasons an older skinny fella 🤔

One of my favourite people is one of those that thinks his inability to put on weight is an aesthetic negative.

It's not. I don't adore his body any less than the dad bod or the gym bro 💜

That's nice to know. I've had a lot of body shaming aimed at me over the years, so much so that my view of my self can be quite negative - if I'm in a relationship of any kind it's up if not it's down 😕

Everyone gets body shamed. Blame it on jealousy or people projecting their own issues with their own body on everyone else.

You gotta love yourself though. It's not healthy to only feel good when there's an external locus 💜

Skinny dad bod here - I'm thinking except I've a pot belly and my titties bounce when going down stairs. What a catch!

My husband is very thin and hasn't put on any weight in the 32 years we've been together..

Body shaming will happen whatever your size I'm definitely more attracted to body types like my husband..

You are of course correct, it's not healthy to focus on external loci - unfortunately it's pretty much my psyche, focus on sport to make me feel good, have a partner who genuinely wants my body makes me feel good. Self care has rarely been on my list of priorities
