Toast with sweetened condensed milk or a pack of five jam doughnuts

Evesham

I make a snack mix consisting of...

Edamame beans, peanuts, roasted chickpeas, roasted pumpkin seeds. Just add whatever flavourings you like.

But bring a drink, it's dry as balls.

Fruit, nuts, low fat yoghurt, hummus and carrot sticks, celery sticks and peanut butter. I don't eat all these btw, they're just suggestions

Depends on what else you're eating during the day OP.

Why do you need to snack ?

In a wax coated bubble

I snack cos I'm bored, breaking the boredom would help, but snacking is a hard habit to break, I took up snacking when I stopped smoking 15 odd yeas ago...

I find I snack because my body aches and I feel like I have to feed my muscles. Maybe I’ve just over trained

There’s your issue. All this training lark. It’s new good for the snacking ha ha.

Seriously though for people who train. Apparently stuff like biltong or beef jerky is good but they are salty AF so you drink more and retain water. Boiled eggs are a good snack. Or you can make your own protein balls with veggies. I am an excellent snacker for a fat lad.

Somewhere

I always have boiled eggs and cooked chicken in the fridge. Snack on high protein foods if you must.

Popchips do the trick for me.

Tic Tacs also a good mental distraction, just one or two at a time tho. Keeps me from feeling hungry for a while

Raw carrot is fine but it's much better for you cooked. Still, cooked carrots and hummus isn't quite the same!

Puree the cooked carrots with some peanuts to make a form of carrot hummus. Delicious
