Sexuality is a spectrum. It's a line that you can think of as going from 1 to 100 and everyone is somewhere on that line.
Not many will be at 1 or 100 and more will be somewhere around the middle. Normal distributive curve sort of thing.
People will be adamant that they are firmly at one end of the spectrum but in reality they aren't.
I was given a good phrase recently. "Bedroom Bi" You don't really fancy the same gender, but in the right circumstances you'll fuck 'em.
