Mine is rosól, traditional Polish chicken soup with homemade egg noodles. It’s the whole ritual, the smell, the taste, the childhood memories, the labour of love.

Picadillo con arroz a la mexicana. 🇲🇽 😋 😋
Basically- beef mince with veggies and red Mexican rice. If you Google it fantastic piccies will appear. 😋
It’s also my landing day meal when ai want nothing but comfort 🥺😌 |

Oh there's a few.
Hot pot / Scouse depending on which gran.
Fried chicken with mash and gravy.
Tadka Daal
Cheese on toast
Scrambled eggs
Bocadillo de tortilla
Crumpets with butter
Biscuits and gravy
Banana porridge with cinnamon
Chip barm
Apple pie with custard
