I try not to let things annoy me, because what is it about that situation or person that is annoying me, is more relevant thing to focus on, instead of just reacting. I try not to react, sometimes I still do it, but afterwards I analyze it and I will think why did I react and again, what was it about the situation.
What is your view about it and what annoys you, do you also do like me and think, why did I react to that situation?
The key is to try and not to get annoyed and let things get to you, no matter what it is |

People circulating BS stories and memes on social media because they read some words on the Internet and assume them to be true.
Also...anyone who thinks watching videos on YouTube qualifies them to say 'I did my own research'.
And anyone who says 'cash is king' who's evidently never run a small business in their life. 🤦♂️😂😂 |

People who jump queues, other people waiting & they just dive in (btw I always tell them other people before them). Bus queues in particular.
Manners, I open a door to go through, someone pushes through on other side,& not a thanks from them.
Or maybe I've just got the "hump " because it's Wednesday?.. |

Not much from other people as I can’t control their behaviour but I’m ever so often annoyed with my own lack of ability to make right choices and making the same mistakes over and over again. It’s annoying. |

Warriors... The noisy minority who take offence for everyone and everything. The inability to live and let live. And disingenuousness. Like sustainability... Come in stop the bullshit, if we want to be sustainable we could ban all flights / cars /new build / etc... We just tinker around with virtue signalling and people buy it.
Coldplay carbon neutral environmentally friendly world tour.... Get to fuck. |

Rudeness/poor manners, self entitlement, noise especially repetitive noise.
I generally try not to let the behavior of others annoy me because well what does that achieve? But sometimes you can't help your reaction, I do overthink why did I get annoyed etc.

Things that annoy me:
People who take enjoyment from goading others.
Bad manners.
Repetitive noises, even at low volume (for example, someone sat with their car engine idling).
Parents who don’t attempt to control their kids when they are being a nuisance.

I try not to get annoyed, I'm a bit more chill as I get older but when it comes to work, I get really annoyed!
Is is that hard to put all the coffee sachets facing the same way? The sugar? Stacking the milk pots up instead of just chucking it in?
Is it that hard to walk over to a piece of paper and fill in the three little boxes daily? Is it that hard to file paperwork away from the day before instead of waiting for me to do it?
I come back from 2 days off and the place is a mess, the toilet stinks of piss, the mirror is filthy, glasses haven't been taken back to the pub next door.
Yeah, I don't get annoyed much 😂 |

"I don’t normally, I like to stay chilled , but fit healthy people parking in disabled bays winds me up
With all respect, not all disabilities are visible."
That is very true , and by saying fit and healthy that is mentally and physically |

When people who don't have a child with them park in family parking spots just so they can be closer to the shop.
I can understand if your sat in the car waiting for your partner and child but when you don't have a child at all and walk in your stopping someone with a child being able to park more safely for their kids. |

Currently I'm annoyed by gym hogs. They use a piece of equipment for two minutes and then sit on it for five minutes doing nothing and not freeing it up for anybody else to use because they are going to use it again for another two minutes. I think it is really inconsiderate and has a lot to do with why gyms are overcrowded. |

I heard a good saying which is very relevant, "There's 2 things in life which you can control, your thoughts and your actions, everything else isnt worth worrying about", a lot of peoples behaviours really boil my p1ss but i try and rise above it |

Ignorance
People who can't keep their unwanted opinions to themselves
People that are selfish who only think about their own needs and wants.
People that spit their dummy out and act like an asshole when they can't take no for an answer!! |

Pele who believe there's an LGBTQ agenda being forced in schools. People who believe immigrants are the problem and not the people keeping wages low and prices high who are in cahoots with those stoking the flames of racism and bigotry. |

"LBGT crap thats forced in schools "
Now this kind of opinion annoys me..LGBT taught in schools is to learn about equality, tolerance, acceptance and mutual respect of different genders and sexualities.Having these talks in schools can help reduce the risk of mental health issues in children and young people. |

"People who think that teaching children about the full range of genders and sexualities, and fostering a tolerant attitude is "forcing LGBT crap in schools".
You mean the 2 genders right?"
I've expressed an opinion. I'll not dignify this attempt at trolling by indulging it further.

Haha. …. We don’t want the kids knowing stuff do we? "
Some stuff... There's only so much syllabus time. Just have to prioritise stuff that is going to help them the most in their lives. |

People who having paid for the fuel they have just put in their vehicle, then get back in the drivers seat and spend forever doing shit, reprogramming their satnav, adjusting the mirrors, looking for something in the glove compartment, JUST FUCK OFF OUT THE WAY AND LET THE QUE OF TEN CARS BEHIND YOU MOVE UP. WANKERS.
That’s better. |

I get annoyed when I miss my appointments or important occasions because disability assistance doesn't function at railway stations and other transport hubs.
And yeah, I'm going to get annoyed. I'm not going to sit there and go "well, never mind, I've waited over a year to see Dr. X, but I'll just be all zen about it and wait another year for the next appointment." |

If someone's behaviour annoys me, I'll stop and reflect for a moment on why it annoys me.
.
And 9 times out of 10, I come to the same conclusion.
.
"Challenging Behaviour" is a need not being met.
.
It's easy to fall in to the trap that the behaviour is challenging or attention-seeking, when in fact the behaviour is actually "distressed behaviour". Meaning that the person is in actual distress.
.
By reframing it in this way, and you identify the need not being met, you can work on a solution to the need (the root cause of the problem) instead of the symptoms of the distress (the behaviour).
The symptoms "mask" the need.
Treat the cause, not the symptoms.
.
I do this little exercise every time someone annoys me, because I realise the annoyance is rarely personal and something else is causing it, and that positions me in a better place to help (if required). |

It really annoys me when they cut your toast into triangles when ordering a full English breakfast.
I know they may think it looks pretty, but it just makes it difficult if I want to make a sandwich with it. |

It's exhausting Pickle. That's actually annoying, having to make a conscious effort to keep up with trends so you don't look out of touch |

People insisting that something is just a compliment.
Not agreeing with or feeling flattered by an attempted compliment isn't being offended. It's just having a different concept of what constitutes a pleasant or encouraging remark 💜 |
