"I may be hated after seeing this but I fall asleep in an instant whenever I decide to want to sleep. Whether is day or night!"
This happens to me at around 11am and I always dream, it feels so good.

I fall asleep each evening on the sofa during some TV drama, then wak at 11.00 to walk the dog.
Now I shall head to bed and put a podcast on and that should help me fall asleep. |

I'm a terrible sleeper. This week especially, I've also been grinding my teeth
LittlemissmistressK' recommended The Sleeping Forecast on BBC sounds, and it's really helping:r

I can go though sleepless hours
But I recent found an excersise from reading about acupressure,
By placing the thumb on each nail and holding firm for 10/15 sec then to the next - little finger last then to the next hand … it can and has helped
Finally squeezing the skin to an acupressure point between the thumb and the first finger 10/15 sec ( you will know when you hit the spot ! )
It relaxed the body and sleep becomes more likely- it’s starting to work for me !

My sleep pattern has sucked for years, largely due to a combination of an odd work/life balance and a tendency not to be able to switch off when I do finally drag myself to bed.
I usually don't manage more than 4-5 hours a night. But if I'm on a non work day I'll often sneak in a mid afternoon power nap.
Or I'll just nod off on the sofa unplanned and wake up without a clue what time it is.
Frustrating. But I'm used to it now. 🤷♂️ |

"Since 2006, I haven't been able to sleep more than 4-5 hours consecutively, bar very exceptional circumstances.
Sleep is but the rehearsal for being dead anyway. Not a fan."
I usually only sleep for 4-5 hours.
I'm thrilled when I manage 6. |

The world's troubles are keeping me awake. Worried for my sister who's going through a bad time, worried about my elderly mom who's struggling with health problems. Also the future for my nephew and niece. |

When you work and have kids with different baby mothers trust me that shit will knock you the fuck out soon as you hit the bed , but if your lucky enough not to have all that (apart from kids ❤️) try get into a routine in bed for 10pm up at 7.30am |

I feel your pain bud, I went through that just over a year ago, I hope you find something soon |
