Going to the wrong shop and coming across the most unnerving, passive aggressive counter staff I've ever met. Asking for two items led to silences, zombie stares, constant repetition, and a back and forth conversation for a good 5-10minutes to the extent it was awkward not funny. I walked away questioning wft just happened and brrr shook my arms it was that odd. Weird writing about it. |

Forgot what day it was… only when I got to the car I remembered it was Sunday or I would have been half way to work!

I went down to see the nice man from enterprise who delivered my hire car. Looked over everything and thanked him for dropping it off. He gets into his mate’s car to go back to their office and I decide to check my gas meter to provide the nice people at British Gas with a reading.
I put one leg over the iron railings bordering the meter area, got my shorts caught on a spike, yanked myself free then got my trainer caught and fell over, scr@ping my leg down the railings. All while the two enterprise fellows were watching me.
Impossible to style that one out. |
