Banbury

I've met with a guy from here four times now, he's a 3d model printer. He's come to my place, posed me, taken 3d images of my whole body, then gone away and turned them into 3d printed models a week later. Absolutely fascinating!

He's looking for more people willing to take part. Preferably in the Oxfordshire area, and able to accommodate for an hour or two on a weekday. He's lovely, quite shy, but an absolute sweetheart.

If anyone's interested, drop me a message, and I'll see if he can come to you. Also happy to send pics of some of the printed models he's made of me!

There's not much you can't do with a 3D scanner and a 3D printer.

Fantastic.

I’d love to see some of the pictures. Also the 3D model if you can put me in touch with your guy! I’m a CAD user if you’re doubtful. It’s possible to capture 3D models with phones that have depth sensors (phones that do face recognition, essentially), potentially lots and lots of fun!
