Profile (punishments) feedback

So that people get uninvited feedback from the site, what punishments would be appropriate for profile content?
'Fill in later' users get a week to add more. After this, viewing any pics here, the screen should wobble or something, whilst their words scroll up and they get reminded to do it.
What else could be added?

Any whining on threads results in a one week forum ban.
Failure to upload a profile picture means every time they log on they are taken to that upload page.
Anyone who sends a second message after no reply to the first spontaneously wets themselves.
Any racism/homophobia/sexism and they are forced to waddle round Trafalgar Square with their trousers round their ankles making quacking noises.
Anyone who sends an unsolicited dick pic has their bellend whacked with a rolled up newspaper.

I’m of the opinion that once it drops off the first page it should be gone unless someone else revives it.
