Up until the last 6 months id have said im not a squirter. I often wondered if it wasnt just a full bladder. However a couple of times recently while enjoying some "alone" time its just come from nowhere.... I know its not a full bladder as i went 2 minutes before. Its never happened with another person & there has been no penetration
Anyone else have this?

Your 56. You might think your bladders empty when in fact it’s not. Lots of people have retention and weak pelvic floors without realising. |

I think for a lot of women that did squirt in the past were often accused of peeing so were more self aware during sex and too tense to relax into it. Now everyone and their cat are talking about it more women are getting more comfortable with their bodies. |

Squirt comes from the bladder but that doesn’t mean it’s pee. My squirt is colourless and smells (and tastes) different to pee.
Squirt can happen from touching the vulva - the internal clit is pretty much everywhere in your vulva. For me, squirt tends to happen having my gspot rubbed, bladder pressure isn’t involved |

I’ve been with a few people that have suddenly started squirting mid-life. It could be anything from personal chemistry to technique to changes in your body and any one of dozens of other things. If you don’t mind embracing it, most guys seems to like it so it’s an extra dimension! |

How do you feel about it happening? If you enjoy it then I would highly recommend getting a waterproof mattress protector so that you can relax and enjoy without worrying about the clean up after

I think for the most part women who say they squirt are just peeing! In terms of how to do it reliably, in our experience. There does need to be a mental side, a total trust that who you are with will enjoy it and wants it to happen with you.
