So in my line of work today I come across middle aged as a subject curious of peoples thoughts on this age based hopefully will get some sensible replies at 45 I feel I sit comfortably in this bracket now. |

middle aged is what it says the middle of your life but some expire early and some live long healthy lives ,so what's middle aged for you could be end of life for somebody else that said you don't know how long you'll live so don't worry about it ,just live your life the best way possible.

I'm 45 and seen at a work mum to many where I work now, it used to be when I was 35 ISH I didn't quite fit with the young people anymore but didn't fit with the older people and now I'm just a work mum 😂 |
