I find that lot of my problems can be solved by drinking water. Feeling tired? Water. Have a headache? Water. Overwhelming urge to smack a moron? Water.
You'll be surprised at how many issues we have just because we're dehydrated. |

"Why should we drink water?
Like what are the health benefits ?"
It fills you up for one,so eat less, less chance of over eating causing weight gain.
No sugar/caffeine/additives for same rrason as above.
Dosent mean you can only drink water and nothing else |

"Do you mean pure (or tapwater pure) H2O or do you mean liquid in general? My scientist brain needs to distinguish.
Fanks
I mean water"
Simple answer is water is required to maintain the homeostatic norms of various mineral concentrations plus transport stuff in your body. All other drinks are made from water with something else in, e.g. sugar, alcohol and so tapwater is the healthiest option for hydration. You won't consume unnecessary calories or rot your teeth with H2O, or give yourself liver disease. Other liquid options are absolutely fine and you can remain hydrated, you just also ingest extras that might well be unhealthy. That includes the fad of putting sliced fruit into water. You just get unnecessary sugar that way. |

"Yeah but I try to drink water with natural electrolytes added rather than just pure water."
Pretty much no-one drinks PURE water. A tap and bottled water contains some level of minerals (except Manchester water, which is GENUINELY near enough mineral free often). Try drinking deionised water - it tastes awful. |

Urge to smack a moron, do we drink water or throw a bottle of it at their head? |

Places that sell it to put into cars? Deionised isn't healthy to drink much of though, we need minerals as well as H2O. Or you can sup some dH2O from a laboratory |

I'm not a lover of water, it's orange squash or pepsi max for me, sometimes my body will give me signs I need water, I'll have a glass every now and then.
I refuse to drink the tap water at work, I've seen the water tanks 😂 |
