All over

I thought we could all do with more info about any of the popular city destinations. Add anything that might help, like where to stay such as hotels, airbnb or b&bs, where to eat, what clubs, bars and other venues might you know off and generally what to do when there that other fab members will appreciate knowing. Let's share tips and information. Also posters can ask specific but relevant questions.

Manchester is my escape from London when I go out looking for skinny pale lads. I like that they fill the streets directly outside Picadilly Station with the same aroma as Hackney so I'm not home sick. If I'm on a budget I stay at picadilly prem Inn. If I'm flush the Abel Heywood in the Northern Quarter. Had some of my best fab meets in manny. Love a Archie burger after the pub and the Spar at Piccadilly Gardens at 3am is reality TV at its finest.

Northern Soul Grilled Cheese. Heaven.

Hotel Gotham, Cow Hollow or Native. Or Kimpton Clocktower. All have beautiful rooms if you're wanting to spend a bit more.

Ezra and Gil for a nice brunch. Oh and Siop do amazing Halloween doughnuts/baked goods.

Pho Cue. Great Vietnamese food

Richmond tea rooms, afternoon tea, sometimes host burlesque events

I had the French Toast from Ezra and Gil and it was incredible! I'll also be stopping by Siop when I'm next in Manchester 👀

Sadly it will be another one I won't be able to attend, if at Richmond.

I like the Hilton at Deansgate but it’s a while since I’ve been. If you book an executive room, you can visit the executive lounge with complimentary drinks and canapés.

The Wayfayrer ticket beats the oyster card. The train, tram and bus ticket will take you from the Cheshire and Merseyside borders all the way to the Yorkshire and North Derbyshire areas too.

"Where’s the nearest beach? I get to see the Atlantic from my bedroom window would miss the view."

Look up Wigan pier, it's going to explain a lot.

Otherwise you'll need to go to Merseyside and head for the North Sea, about an hours drive or more.

It's so good isn't it? I have a slight bias as one of the baristas always gives me free cake to go with my coffee but still... such a brilliant place.

If he means the one at Idle Hands it's vegan too.

If you keep it to yourself Joe, imagine how you'd feel if the business went under. Small businesses deserve the shout outs. ♥️
