"I am going to climb some rocks, there's a possibility I may slip and plummet to an untimely death.
We can but hope.
I'll also have a latte at some point.
"
Is this going to be the sequel to 127 Hours?

Me and my bambino’s are off to visit their grandparents.
It’s the only time this School holiday that I’ll have managed to get my eldest out of the house with me and his younger brother, so small victories and all that 😎 |

Your love of pegging and a stump could be a dangerous combination |

I’m perfecting flip turns. I did 100 laps in the pool earlier and now watching recordings of my flip turns figuring out how to improve them. After this I’m preparing for a presentation I have in the UK next week. |

The real miracle is I can actually walk on piss.

Not really lol. I quit in May and still haven’t been paid but it was an adventure I got to to three huge trips around Asia. I’ve decided working for others doesn’t really suit me. |

Tidying around the house. Was trying to sleep after the night shift but got renovations in the flat above. Scaffolders every side of my flat and some fucker has just randomly started painting the communal ceiling right outside my open front door. Gonna clean, get d*unk then pass out. Hopefully in that order. |

Someone needs to invent a self cleaning BBQ! "
That would be a good earner. On our one at home we use those copper sheets which makes clean up a lot easier |

Today, I’ll mainly be observing the patterns of migratory trampolines, as they seek to relocate themselves to more preferred pastures.
Whilst also taking a stock of recent events in my life of;
1) Why does Teams force through so many updates?
2) Why did my audio settings change by themselves?
3) inspite of socks having an R & L written on them how do they in-fact end up on the wrong feet?
Finally, one of my key dalliances this day, is around why I have to sleep with my feet outside of the duvet, it’s Like they have to breathe or something ?
😳🧐🤔 |

Been job hunting all morning, just about finished cleaning the flat. I have a lady coming over for a few days, so hopefully will be giving the scrotum a good emptying. Yay!
Whoever said that they had the horn, I know that feeling. It's good to give it a good blow tho |

This morning has been chaotic. I'm currently having a drink (non alcoholic) and setting an alarm to book a table for September. The world could burn around me tomorrow and I wouldn't care, as long as I get that table. |

I've just had an insanely busy day at work with a bunch of frustrations that almost stopped me making as much progress as I wanted to. I'm about to take those frustrations out in the gym |

"Just got home from training legs, watching family guy while waiting for the froth on my protein shake to disappear then having some bacon and eggs pre bed "
Do you eat before you go the gym as well then? It's quite late and I find I can't have that big of a meal before I go to the gym. |

Aye mate I eat a decent sized meal (500g chicken and a bag of microwave rice) maybe half an hour before I train, I was the same at one point couldn’t eat for hours before I train took years before I could and even now it depends what I eat I find chicken and rice is digestible and pretty easy to train after but something like mince and pasta I’d be unable to train after at least not very hard |

That's fair enough. I want to eat more so as bulk up quite a bit but I genuinely can't find where in my day I would fit it in and not feel sick |

The eatings the hardest part mate I remember the force feeding days taking tiny bites of food trying so hard not to throw it back up haha eventually becomes easier mate higher calorie foods help massively I rely heavily on bacon, cheese, peanut butter, full fat milk ect makes it so much easier |

How was your day in the end Midnight?
Mine had me in a suit an early start and a late finish, but it sure made a change to wearing T-shirt and trakkie bottoms, walking 25m to my garden office and then having virtual Teams meetings.
Tired now, so going to bed. Night |
