I’m having a big bowl of king prawns and massive healthy salad and I’m making the Marie Rose sauce from sratch with egg whites, tomato puree, sugar, Worcester sauce and a generous dash of Jack Daniel’s. |

I love cake for breakfast - I think the majority of my breakfasts are sweet.
Today will almost certainly be an almond croissant, but I might go crazy and have a cinnamon bun instead. I'll decide depending on the bakeries passed on the dog walk! |

The one I really wanted I ate last night, but now the conundrum is not the cake for breakfast it’s do I have two today and one tomorrow or one a day and risk it going a bit stale, there should be online advice for this, as in what to wrap them in to keep them fresh, how to lure a coffee drinking warbler in to my domain to share cake with etc |
