How thick are you lot.
Just to let everyone know. This is the easiest way in the world to get your mothers maiden name and pets name. Coincidentally all security questions for email accounts, bank accounts ect ect. Why do people still fall for it x |

I don't think any bank im with asks for my pets name. And finding someones parents name is not that difficult either.
Maybe the accusations of stupidity are just as valid to someone just copy and pasting the latest scaremongering Facebook status? |

So when you said banks in your opening post what you actually meant was email?
And in the context if the potential for id fraud implied in your opening opening, How would hacking my email compromise me? That is of course if you know my email address?
I'm just intrigued, I mean your opening words are quite vitriolic, so am i missing something?

I've no idea what vitriolic means but it sounds super intelligent. I was just trying to make people aware of a scam that could with the right combinations of information allow i.d fraud to occur. The porn star name thing has been doing the rounds since Internet i.d password were invented. X |

Just say for instance you gave your E-mail Addy to someone you were thinking of meeting with....the same E-mail addy you use for the site....they figure out your info, guess a couple of psswords...get a password reminder from this site...and bobs your uncle...they can look at all your messages and mke arrangements with lots of people, get you banned from chat /forum and then the site and you would be scratching your head thinking what did I do |

You are obviously cool about this, as is your choice, but I would ask you to consider this.
If someone goes to your house for a meet they know your address, they can take cards or docs, or photograph them, all sorts of data especially if the ask where you are from, what school you went to, what's your pets name, etc. They then open an account and run up debt in your name or access your own account. I am not a fraudster so do not know what they can do in total.
If anyone thinks that there are no crooks on Fabswingers they are being naive. Face pics that can create false IDs are particularly interesting feature. For me I feel it is better not to tempt fate.
ps - I am not on facebook.
pps - Just because I am paranoid does not mean everyone is not out to get me! |

That exact thing happened to me. I spread all my documents , photo albums and pay slips on the coffee table and said help yourself while I slip into something more comfortable.
