Awake to early, had some relax and release time, currently back in bed contemplating a snooze.

But all in all, quite happy too

Relax and release time. Such a delicate turn of phrase. Love it.

A curious combination of bleah and horned up. Travelling for work and a little underwhelmed by having to spend Saturday afternoon on the laptop in the hotel room knocking out various documents, but also feel like a good cum.

Honestly? Horny. (Well, you did ask).

I think it's a combination of having not been in work, starting exercising more and avoiding bad food choices. It's woken me up a bit.

I hope your mood is appropriately upbeat Meli.

Erm... tricky one this morning Meli, but fuck it as saying it out loud may well resonate with others

I watched a clip from a podcast where the discussion focused on anxiety and depression

One had suicidal thoughts that were moving in the direction of suicidal intent

They rang The Samaritans and the question posed to them was

"Are you tired of life or are you tired of anxiety?"

It helped with focus

Honestly, feeling a little sorry for myself today. I've a weeks holiday ahead and it started with a dissapointment and let down last night.

Thought ice cream for breakfast would help. Now I just feel sick.
