I'm finally on the mend of what can only be described as the worst case of man flu ever!!! 3 days it lasted, I don't think I'd have made it had it not been for the love and support I recieved from friends and family:-/

I got it 2 days ago so thought I would sweat it out by stopping in bed I now have a twisted ankle how I do not know not happy since I'm working on a roof this afternoon |
