Do you have to? Does it control you? Can you let it lie?

Carlisle usually

I'm quite happy to let other people have the last word if it makes them feel better.

If it's the last I'll hear from them then someone I never intend to hear from again is welcome to think they've won 💜

This, some things aren't worth the wasted air.

No, they’re welcome to the last word if I’ve heard enough. I just move onwards

Heck no. Not in a "points-scoring" kind of way, no.

However I do like a mutually-agreeable resolution for all parties, where a balance can be worked out that is equitable for all. If that means the discussion needs to roll and roll until that moment is achieved, I will work towards that outcome if the other party is able to dispassionately contribute towards it as well.

It seems like some on here need to.

Some of the threads go on and on with their constant ding dongs.

I say my piece and walk away, it's not about having the last word, it's about knowing the facts and I won't argue unless I have them all.

Yes they do indeed. Hence the idea for the op/thread and to see if people are self aware.

There are people here who hold a tab open to make sure they can post after post 175. Keep an eye out on the contentious threads. It's hilarious.
