Trotters=bad taste (Like Del boy)
Jellied eels=someone has chewed some chip fish, spat it out and stuck some second hand pork pie aspic jelly all over it.

Eels: conger is nice think of cod, then haddock now take the flavour up a notch.
Venison, I've had a Bambi burger, it's like beef, nicey but pricey
Weal is to beef, what lamb is to mutton. Bobby veal is a non starter.
Goose is a nicer alternative to turkey, needs a lot of space in the oven.
Liver pate, I like, without the coarse fatty chunks.
Caviar: never had it. Cod roe, over rated cheap frog spawn. |

Oddly I've never had an afternoon tea either. I've had all the bits but never in the required format. But I guess that's a bit like saying having sex is basically the same as an orgy.
