Is it fair to just say God. Because I always thought, and perhaps wrongly tbf, that the lower case g implied more than one and upper case G was the implication of one? I don’t actually know where I heard that. Some bullshit in RE probably. |

I don't believe heaven (or hell) exists. When I die, my atoms shall mingle with wherever they place my remains and that'll be it. My molecules will be recycled into some other stuff and that's that. No invisible soul or anything else will whizz off to dance among angels or be tortured in purgatory. |

As far as I am aware it is only the Christian faiths that have been so bold as to just go with just God in newer Bible editions which was what I was responding to when the replies to which God and what was his name started rolling in.
I love a good God debate, I’m kind of with Ricky Gervais when he was asked if he believed in God and he asked which one, the one that Christians believe in or the 3,000 other named gods that have been worshipped before.
I’ll just go stare at Sun, Sea Stars and Moon and enjoy the feeling of inconsequence to the whole bloody thing. And then carry on enjoying life without too many hang ups.  |
