I'm going to have a moan...not that kind, feel free to add yours today.

I work in a hotel, my manager had to do a double shift because the night shift didn't turn up, I was nice and lovely and came in a bit earlier as she isn't exactly known for being efficient, I was here 2 hours before she decided to go home.

That was at 6.15am this morning and I'm still here until 11pm as she (quite rightly) refused to do her late shift and no one would cover. 17 hour day for me and to top it off, I was told the pain in my lower leg might be a bakers cyst yesterday and no matter how I have my leg it hurts like fuck!!!

Go on, moan and groan with me, release it all over me

Thanks all, my only saving grace is I was meant to be on an early again tomorrow but it's been swapped to a late shift so I can rest my poor leg!

If it's a cist, can your doctor drain it?

I hope so, it's not confirmed, I could only describe it over the phone, hopefully I'll get an appointment next week so they can tell me for sure, all I know is there is something wrong with it and it shouldn't be this I comfortable and painful x

You don't drain them, you can get cortisone injection though. But they like to try everything else first

Unfortunately they don't drain Bakers cysts. They also claim they don't cause discomfort

I've got one in my bad leg (possibly just coincidence).

Hope you get a better deal out of work tomorrow ♥️

Ah thank you, I haven't read up too much about them, I'm very lucky to have private health insurance, so hopefully I won't have too long to wait to get some kind of relief x
