Plain butter.

Butter )melted and dripping) with peenut butter.

OR, Toasted sanfransisco sourdough with warm butter, mashed avacado (cooked for 1 minute in the microwave with a little dairy free cream before smashing), and topped wity freshly made svrambled eggs. Made with 2 large eggs, beaten, with some dairy free cream, a dusitng of white pepper, sprinkle of salt, and 2 shakes of Tumeric. Stirred, then placed in the microwave (adding a knob of butter) for no more than 30 seconds at a time. Good stirring, then back in until almost cooked. Remove when slightly runny to allow for the heat to continue cooking... thn add to the toast.

Combine this with freshly pressed OJ, and a hot pressed coffee, and you have a the perfect way to eat toast on a sunday morning.

I like mine well toasted, on the verge of going burnt but not. With lots of real butter. No other spreads.
