Didn't work for me, I went to doctor and got prescribed a tablet called Champix, fantastic, totally took away the craving (but needs to be taken under doctors supervision). I found it so easy on them. Never looked back.

Good luck x

I started using an ecig last week, today is my full day without a cig at all and having no cravings at all.... Pure success in my eyes considering I didn't think I could quite fags at all

Haven't had a real cig in over a year now thanks to e-cig. Barely even use that now unless I've had some strong drinks.

I'm on day 13 of using my e-cig - only had one slip up when the bastard ran out of charge !

I have a spare battery now and it's going really well .... Although I am finding I'm honking on it - constantly !!

No, still addicted to nicotine, but cheaper, no tar (or other chemicals) no carbon monoxide - so better for you than real fags. No pollution, passive smoking etc.

Champix. Made me sick as a dog to start with but once my system got used to it, it did what it said on the box. It worked wonders.
