A juice for health , energy & to prevent getting sick. I tried to juice every day when I’m in the UK I buy those little shots and dilute them with water.

I just made apple orange carrot ginger and passionfruit… poured over lots of crushed ice to increase my daily water. Yum, it’s really good

No

I’m recently diabetic and fruit juices have so much sugar, sometimes more than a bottle of fizzy juice and eating a fresh piece of fruit is much better

Grapes. We've got a press and usually turn it in to wine but occasionally we'll drink a glass of grape juice.

I don't dislike juiced fruit and vegetables but I wouldn't go out if my way to do it.

Yeah you do need to be careful with sugar content of fresh fruit, but the juices have no more sugar than eating the fruit.

This is why the governments advice of five a day makes no sense, Literally if you eat a juicy pair every day you’ll probably be diabetic very quickly the sugar levels in those things is obscene

No. I do make protein powder smoothies with fruit if I'm having a particularly difficult time with swallowing (it's a facet of having a connective tissue issue) but not too often because sugar.

Juiced fruit does have more sugars available. When we eat an orange, our bodies pop approximately 75% of the orange cells. Juicing them pops more, then our stomach pops most of the few that are left.
