Reports that the Chief of Police in the Thames Valley Department has been found to have discriminated against three white officers on the grounds of race by favouring and Asian officer for promotion to boost diversity figures. Is this two tier policing in 2024. A police spokesman then issued a load of claptrap waffle. What's going on here? It's all over the news |

Some people try too hard to compensate for the discriminations of the past.
It's unfortunate someone decided that meeting diversity metrics was more important than finding the best person for the job.
But let's not get carried away. |
