Only learned I could have penetrative orgasms in the last two weeks (don't give up ladies!). Very different (unless I'm having constant of both and then they kind of blur in to one happy blissful feeling).
So for me clitoral is a very focused, localised pleasure. Intense. Almost explosive. Quite short. My clit can easily become overly sensitive if there's too much attention on it but it doesn't mean I'm done. Just need a gentler touch.

It's rare that I do, but it's possible. Usually missionary with a very particular grinding motion, or me on top.
It's very different to clit only or clit with penetration orgasms. As Meli already described, it's less intense, radiates further, and is more comfortable to carry on afterwards. |

I have but it’s more to do with the grinding against you and your flower so to speak. I can honestly say I’ve had three types now. Internal external and body ones. The body ones are strange you get a rush of pleasure but it’s not intense.
Anal ones are different kettle of fish too. So I guess four.
