YouTube has its place, but I do like going to classes too every so often to make sure I have the poses correct

Yes totally agree, classes is the best way to achieve best results. I’ve gone mad for Bikram Yoga the last six months, found it a great way to de stress and get more flexible.

Don’t do yoga but is sexy seeming a woman doing it they get in some fantastic positions.

Definitely, still have fond memories of the flirting and assisted stretching in poses with one of my teachers, who was like the Nigella Lawson of yoga
